As summer turns to autumn and the leaves fall, there is a transformation, a letting go of what no longer aligns.

Just like fire transforms, orange clears the way for new things to come.

Change is part of this human experience. 

Recognizing it, realigning, and releasing it, allows for there to be joy in the flow of life!

 

As we heal our childhood wounds, and the pain, anger, frustration, fear, annoyances, rage, and the intensity of the hurt get recognized, realigned, and released, then there is now room for new <3

In this transformation, there becomes space for the gift of the present moment <3

For present enjoyment of what life offers.

For that fire within each soul to get lit up.

For passion to come alive, for love to flourish, for enjoyment of what's inside and outside self <3

There is room for creativity to blossom <3

 

Embrace this refreshing vitality, that brings mystery, zest, and surprising playfulness <3

Bask in the joy of the new, as the excitement brings a powerful awakening to the now.

In this present moment, is where one is ALIVE <3

Enjoy this aliveness!

In this grounding, let this be your anchor to go explore and enjoy!

Automatic Writing 

 

At first, we look for our mothers in our partners,

then we look for our fathers in our partners...

It's time we look for ourselves to partner up with.

It's within that one finds meaning, love, joy, purpose, wisdom, and answers.

Stop searching outside, it's time to search within <3

 

Each person has a master key to unlock the various layers

of their healing journey from darkness to their inner light.

All the confusion and feeling lost is when being in the dark, and it's part of the process.

Reach for the light switch within, and it'll all be revealed, 

and with that clarity and truth, authentic decisions can be made!

 

I now choose to no longer do what I've done.

I now choose to embrace my light, to be in self-love, in joy, in presence with my own inner light & wisdom.

The behavior of blaming outside sources for one's unhappiness is no longer aligned with

my higher, lighter, expansive vibration.

I choose every day, moment, second to expand my inner light.

I choose to embrace my humanity and emotions, as well as my divinity and light.

 

There is beauty in the duality of life, and it's about experiencing as much as one desires.

I now set my soul free to experience what it needs, wants, desires, wishes, and it's meant to <3

I am now free to be the flying bird/butterfly within me.

 

When one looks down, that's where the focus & energy is, so that's where one goes.

When one looks up, that's where the focus & energy is, so that's where one goes.

Each individual has a choice to make every moment.

Have one's head down or up.

There is constant change, so there will always be duality.

It's about how high & low in the different levels of existence one chooses to go in the spiral of life.

It's time to embrace it all <3
